The Ranch History

Boulder Creek Canyon Ranch is located in the heart of the Town of Boulder, Utah, in the midst of the breathtaking redrock country of the Grand Staircase Escalante Monument. Homesteaded around the turn of the 20 th century by Morman pioneers, the ranch originally was a thoroughbred horse ranch called Redwing Ranch. Mid-century it was converted to a cattle ranch. Today, the ranch's 300 acres are covered by a conservation easement which will preserve it as the home to native wildlife. It is also the home to about 100 head of Organic Black Angus, and the center for the first Chilean Horse Breeding operation in the United States.
